Transtream - Customs Forms - Commercial Invoice
When using Transtream, all customs documentation (Commercial Invoice) are input, generated, electronically signed, and electronically sent to the carrier (or printed) when your package is processed at the Shipping Desk for UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.
Export Control

You must obtain an Export Control Shipment ID # and Approval before shipping.
Due to the U.S. federal restrictions on exports and shipping to certain destinations, before shipping internationally we must take a few precautions. For your protection and that of the University, please complete the International Shipping Checklist before routing your shipment to the Shipping Department.

Yes! All shipments, even those with just documents, require Export Control approval. Use the International Shipping Checklist to get that process started.
No. The Shipping Desk and Mail Services will not accept any shipments that have not already been approved through the Export Control process. Use the International Shipping Checklist to start this process.
